The Sandman
My name is Chip Cooper and anybody who knows me knows that I have a
passion for the art of sand sculpting. It began some 30 years ago as a
weekend hobby. It has since grown to include numerous awards in local,
state, and national competitions.
Over the years I have enjoyed creating pieces for
many events and competitions. Many of these projects have been for
businesses as well as individuals. My passion for this sand art has
given the me the opportunity to enjoy the many stories that are behind a
piece of sand sculpture.
I can be found often on the sands of Port Aransas.
Come by and take some lessons, learn the art of sand sculpture, share some stories and have
a good time.
